What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pcs for digitally printed pouches, 1,000 pcs for blank stock bags, and from a few thousand pieces for valves. Tell us your quantity and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are usually free — you cover courier. Custom printed samples carry a sample fee that is credited against your first production order.
How long does production take?
Valves: 3–7 days. Blank pouches: 5–10 days. Custom printed: 10–18 days after artwork approval, plus shipping.
Which shipping methods do you use?
Express courier for samples and small orders, air freight for urgent mid-size orders, sea freight for full cartons. We quote all options so you choose the trade-off.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T bank transfer for most orders — 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. PayPal or Wise for samples and small first orders.
Are the materials food-safe?
Yes. We use food-contact grade films and can provide FDA and EU compliance documentation. Tell us your destination market so we match the right structure.
Can you match a bag I’m already using?
Almost always. Send a photo, the dimensions and — if you have it — the material structure. We’ll source a match and quote it.
Do you sell to the EU?
We can supply EU-compliant structures, but recyclability rules (PPWR) are strict. Ask us and we’ll tell you which mono-material options apply before you commit.
